Reports and measurements
Caution is good, control is better! Healthy and environmentally sound air quality should be a must after the completion of your building.
As part of our assessment of the construction outcomes before, we measure indoor air quality. In the case of new buildings, this takes place before commissioning.
Indicators include concentrations of VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) and formaldehyde. If limits are met, the client receives the measurement report confirming that his property is in good condition with respect to these emissions and air quality. Where limits are exceeded, we develop appropriate measures to make the necessary improvements.
Emission measurements are used in particular for residential buildings. They are an integral part of building certification systems and are also becoming increasingly important for offices and administration buildings.
