Another milestone on the way to GfK headquarters.

In the summer of 2017, a joint venture between Aurelis Real Estate, Pegasus Capital Partners and Art-Invest Real Estate submitted a planning application for the new GfK headquarters in Nuremberg. The city has now granted planning permission for both the buildings and the car park opposite to them. A new office location is to be built on the Kohlenhof site in the coming years. The new GfK headquarters will be built first.

The earthworks and the enclosure of the foundations have already started on schedule. With the building permit, the building construction can now take place immediately. The first offices are to be occupied by the end of 2019. Great emphasis is placed on the comfort of the employees. To achieve this, the Alpha IC was commissioned to provide a complete performance picture for thermal insulation, soundproofing, and building acoustics and room acoustics. The aim is to achieve the highest level of user comfort despite high levels of external noise from the nearby railway and the future Frankenschnellweg to realize an open working environment and to harmonize the rental contract requirements with public standards.
