In Munichs district Schwabing, the project developer ARGENTA has been realizing an office complex, that serves as new headquarter for Microsoft. The challenge was to create a property that stands out from the market due to technical and environmental innovations.

In order to achieve this, Microsoft as tenant has been involved in the sustainability concept from the beginning. A building certification to LEED Core & Shell in Platin has been achieved. Alpha performed the certification and has been consulting the client in terms of sustainability since the planning phase.
USGBC has evaluated the performance of Alpha IC as a consultant with LEED Proven Provider status for this project with "excellent". All the documents submitted for the certification were complete, well organized and consistent, demonstrating excellent overall understanding of credit requirements.
