The former turbine factory in Mannheim is to be developed as a modern and future-oriented inner-city commercial location in the future. The Lilienthal office building (formerly Landmark in the planning process) with a gross floor area of around 18,115 m2 is being built on the edge of the Turbinenwerk Mannheim commercial district.

With its location at the intersection of green axes and the entrance to the site from the east, the Lilienthal building forms the urban development prelude to the new quarter. 

The office building consists of a low-rise and a high-rise building. The low-rise building has six storeys above ground. The high-rise building is characterized by 16 floors above ground. The total rental space is approx. 13,500 m2. There is a shared basement for both the low-rise and high-rise buildings with areas for building services, storage and bicycle parking. Car parking spaces are not provided here. Two parking spaces will be created outside the building for people with disabilities. The other parking spaces are provided in the neighboring district parking garage. 

This is purely an office building with secondary uses on the first floor. There are two prestigious foyers on the first floor of the building, as well as a catering area with a full kitchen for up to 106 seats inside and 16 seats outside. A roof terrace is located on the 5th floor of the base area.
