In 2010, landowner Credit Suisse Asset Management Immobilien presented plans for the skyscraper Taunuslanage 8 in Frankfurt a.M. with 17 storeys and 68m height. The competition designs of Architect Novotny have been further developed by msm Architects. The skyscraper will be built for the open property fund CS Euro Real.
