Celebratory transfer through the Alpha IC

On the 7th of March 2017, the office tower, completed at the end of 2016, officially received the LEED Platinum Certificate in the Core & Shell 2009 category. LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) is the most widely recognized certification system on the market.

Karl-Josef Schneiders, Managing Director of CSAM Immobilien KAG, Frank B. Schmitt, Project Manager CSAM Immobilien KAG, Mrs. Katharina von Trautvetter, CSAM Immobilien KAG, and Mr. Markus Henning, Senior Advisor to Alpha IC GmbH in Frankfurt, were present.

Credit Suisse is very proud of this prestigious award. The T8 is one of the most energy efficient office buildings in Germany. It has optimal energy use, a workplace-specific control of the room climate, sustainable heating via geothermal energy and an efficient use of water through rain water use, resulting in particularly high points in categories ‘energy and atmosphere’, ‘water efficiency’ and ‘innovation in design’.
