In Munichs district Westend the project developer realized a property consisting of two self-sufficient buildings (MK1 and MK2) on the former area of Deutsche Bahn.

The client’s strategy and therefore challenge was to create a building which is outstanding in technical and ecological innovations. For this reason Alpha was commissioned at first as FM-planner and later as LEED certifier.
