The opinion and polling research institute GfK SE is establishing a new company centre in Nuremberg. The 6-storey office building with a total area of approximately 38,000 m² will be realized next to a separate car park at the Kohlenhof, a former railway area. Great emphasis is being placed on the comfort of employees. To achieve this, the Alpha IC was commissioned to provide the professional architectural services for thermal insulation, sound insulation / building and room acoustics.
