Montgelas Park

Munich

The project developer Frankonia Eurobau acquired a 6700 m² sized area in Munich’s district “Alt Bogenhausen”.

It is planned to create an exclusive city villa covering 4500 m² GFA with grand family apartments, orientated to the bordering park area, as well as an attractive five-storey office building with 7800 m² GFA and an apartment building with further 3300 m² GFA. Start of construction was in December 2010.
