Mulitscale Imaging Centre (MIC)

Münster

The new MIC research facility in Muenster serves to bring together and further strengthen the national and internationally visible interdisciplinary research approach for the analysis of cellular behavior using multi-modal imaging strategies. Scientists from the five disciplines (biologists, physicians, chemists, physicists and mathematicians) are to work together in open labs under one roof.

It is a 4-floor, partly sub-basement laboratory building (cellar, ground and two further aboveground floors) with biological, chemical and physical laboratories with the safety steps S1 and S2 as well as several animal areas for mice, rats, fish and flies S2.
