  • Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM)

    An appropriate CAFM software supports processes such as maintenance, support, lease or field manage-ment, tailored to your requirements. The variety of CAFM solutions on the market makes selection a complex matter. We advise and accompany you competently in CAFM - selection and implementation process and beyond: neutral and manufacturer-independent!

    In addition, in many client organizations, we experience complex system landscapes (predominantly CAFM) that are no longer used to add value. We have the solution: Alpha IC has developed a quick analysis to map the status of the CAFM usage and to uncover the potential for improvement. This method makes it possible to continue working on the basis of the existing CAFM system in most cases by re-establishing it in the company.

  • Digitization strategies for new construction projects

    The most common mistake that is made in connection with digitization in new construction projects, in our view, is that "only" technology is talked about. It is not primarily about making buildings as intelligent as possible, but rather achieving clear added value in building operation.

    For this reason, we develop only contemporary operating concepts for the construction projects. From this we identify the technology needed. Often, this approach results in new business models for building owners and operators.

    We offer concepts on how to provide clients with design documentation that fulfils operating requirements, review existing documentation against legal requirements and company recommendations, advise you on suitable data and filing structures as well as IT tools and also assist you with the necessary data collection. Here we also give concrete assistance in the use of BIM.

    The data analyst is playing an increasingly important role in our business. In most cases, due to a variety of reasons (complexity, reorganization, IT change, change in staffing), our clients cannot make a reliable statement about the quality of their existing building information / data. This results in serious disadvantages as well as additional costs for organisations.

    The task of our data analysts is to clarify the existing data situation. Different statistical methods are used.
