YOUR TASKS:

  • You will manage projects in the area of operational planning for new and existing buildings. Within the scope of new construction or renovation projects, you will accompany and advise the client on all operationally relevant topics with your in-depth knowledge of construction and plant technology.
  • Together with the customer, you will develop demand-oriented and innovative operational management and sub-concepts with the integration of smart services for buildings and areas of various uses.
  • You have a high understanding of customer service and sales.
  • You recognize the challenges and problems of the customer and are committed to finding solutions. You take responsibility for results throughout the project and consider conceptual, business and quality requirements.


WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:

  • Completed university degree in the field of facility / real estate management as well as business management training
  • Professional experience in (construction) project management / consulting / smart building / digitalization / IoT.
  • Willingness to actively participate in and lead challenging, national and international projects Enthusiasm for operational optimization and in-depth understanding of facility management processes
  • Very good communication and presentation skills and enjoy working with customers
  • You are a team player with a passion for work and an ambition to excel!
  • Willingness & pleasure to act and act in a sustainable and value-oriented way to advance our vision
  • Very good knowledge in the standard software products of MS Office
  • Confident communication in German and English
  • What you should not be: A person who thinks in hierarchies and does not think outside the box.
