senior consultant smart building / digitalization (m/f/d)

Location: Cologne, Bamberg, Nuremberg, Munich, Mannheim

You are passionate about smart building and the terms IoT, sensors, AI, robotics, software applications, PropTech, BIM, SLA, use case and user journey are not foreign words to you. In addition, you bring professional experience in the real estate environment (planning, construction and / or operation) to be able to professionally accompany project teams in the change process "digitalization" and thus create the ideal human-building interaction.

 

YOUR ROLE :

Accompanying our customers with their projects as a trailblazer on the way to a sustainable and ideally climate-neutral future. That's your role with us! Whether it's individual new construction/renovation projects, holistic neighborhoods, dealing with existing properties and real estate portfolios, or restructuring the client's organization. We provide customer-focused advice and tailor our services to meet specific needs. And what's so special about it?

YOUR TASKS:

  • Independent management and coordination of challenging consulting projects in the subject areas of smart building and digitalization
  • Participation in interdisciplinary consulting projects, e.g. in facility management, organizational and sustainability consulting
  • Participation in the expansion of the competence field of digitalization and smart building
  • Support in sales activities
  • Perception of training measures at Alpha IC as well as support of the change process in the organization
  • Interaction with the associated companies, in particular Serthoro GmbH
  • Interdisciplinary and networked processing of change management projects in the team

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Completed real estate-related / technical studies, preferably from the environment of project and construction management, facility management, building services engineering or control engineering.
  • Professional experience in the digital industry and / or in the consulting environment smart building desirable
  • Willingness to work in an interdisciplinary manner
  • Confident in project management methods and change projects
  • Enjoy working in a team and making a difference together
  • Willingness & pleasure to act and act in a sustainable and value-oriented way to advance our vision
  • Very good knowledge in the standard software products of MS Office
  • Confident communication in German and English
  • What you shouldn´t be: A person who thinks in hierarchies and does not think outside the box.
