YOUR
TASKS:
- Independent
management and coordination of challenging consulting projects in the subject
areas of smart building and digitalization
- Participation
in interdisciplinary consulting projects, e.g. in facility management,
organizational and sustainability consulting
- Participation
in the expansion of the competence field of digitalization and smart building
- Support
in sales activities
- Perception
of training measures at Alpha IC as well as support of the change process in
the organization
- Interaction
with the associated companies, in particular Serthoro GmbH
- Interdisciplinary
and networked processing of change management projects in the team
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completed
real estate-related / technical studies, preferably from the environment of
project and construction management, facility management, building services
engineering or control engineering.
- Professional
experience in the digital industry and / or in the consulting environment smart
building desirable
- Willingness
to work in an interdisciplinary manner
- Confident
in project management methods and change projects
- Enjoy
working in a team and making a difference together
- Willingness
& pleasure to act and act in a sustainable and value-oriented way to

- Very
good knowledge in the standard software products of MS Office
