LEED Gold for MUC

Following the development of the LEED Gold strategy together with the client and project management, specific LEED requirements were drawn up and communicated to the project team. 

The LEED specifications were drawn up and distributed. Specifically, the requirements were presented to the project team at an on-site kick-off meeting and communicated to the contractors in particular, who were asked to comply with them. 

During construction, several on-site meetings were held in which points such as the correct use of building materials and site cleanliness were discussed and checked. As part of the IAÜ process, the project was accompanied by an independent commissioning manager, the so-called commissioning agent.
