Since 2018, Alpha IC has been presenting the the Highperformer Award - to honor employees who have made special achievements in their project work. In March, the time had come again and the award for the year 2022 was presented.
The fifth Highperformer Award was presented to Annika. With a personal achievement of 167%, she even improved on the previous year, in which she took the second place. She is a consultant specializing in green building, IBM and energy & technology.
The award was ceremoniously presented to her by her colleague and last year's winner Philipp and one of our partners Markus M.. Afterwards, they toasted to this success with champagne in the Munich office.
This year's runner-up was Ferdinand, a consultant with a focus on facility management, who achieved a target of 147%. Qian's success bar climbed to 141% last year, putting her on the winners' podium for the third year in a row. She is a consultant specializing in green building with a focus on energy modeling (ASHRAE simulation). It is especially gratifying that this means three different locations and areas of operation are represented on the podium in 2022.
Congratulations to all three of you on this fantastic achievement and thank you for your dedication and contribution to our company's success! We are proud of you!
