This year, for the fourth time, our "Stein-im-Brett-Award" - also called Highperformer-Award - was presented. It goes to employees who have achieved outstanding performances in project work and is awarded every year at one of our Future Dialogues. The Future Dialogue is an employee event that takes place quarterly and at which we define the future of the company together, exchange ideas and, above all, celebrate our successes and have fun together. As the first Future Dialogue 2022 still took place purely virtually due to the current measures, the award and the certificates were subsequently presented in person by one of our Managing Directors Richard Weller at the inauguration of the refurbished office space in Munich. Our Cologne colleague Qian received her certificate on behalf of one of the partners, Florian Dubisch.

We congratulate Philipp Ochel, who was able to perform his way to first place with a target achievement of 164%. Congratulations, Philipp on this outstanding achievement! He works in Munich as a consultant with a focus on ESG, facility management and digitalisation.

Second place went to Annika Rink, a consultant specialising in sustainability, IBM and energy & technology at the Munich location, with 159%. Qian Tang came in 3rd place, closely followed with 158%. She is a consultant specialising in Green Building and Energy & Technology at the Cologne office and our winner from last year.

Congratulations to all three on this fantastic achievement and thank you for your contribution to our company's success! We are proud of you!

By the way: the expression "to have a stone in the board" goes back to the 16th century. At that time, a certain board game called Wurfzabel was played, the aim of which was to occupy two squares next to each other with one's stones. If you had a "good stone in the board" you could increase your chances of winning. From this developed the modern meaning of being a good friend to someone who stands by your side like one stone to another.
