Founding of ifes GmbH, whose consultancy servive starts with the development, planning and implementation of energy-efficient and sustainable energy and building concepts.
2010
ifes GmbH becomes a recognized assessor for the HafenCity Hamburg eco-label and has been one of only three authorized conformity inspectors since then.
2012
The consulting office moves into "etrium", Cologne's first DGNB Gold and BREEAM passive-house standard certified building.
2013
TÜV Rheinland Group integrates ifes GmbH and thus strengthens its position in the sustainable and energy-efficient design of buildings.
2018
The company has its quality management successfully certified according to ISO 9001.
2020
ifes GmbH becomes part of the ALPHA family and focuses on agility, personal responsibility, and value orientation. The merger of the two companies now serves the market with concentrated expertise in advising on sustainable building operations.

Serthoro GmbH founded in Germany: Development of the "Beestate" procurement platform as the company's first IT product in the real estate market. Pilot project with a purchasing performance of around 4 million EUR for FM services for ALSTRIA REIT AG.

A. Hölzlein opens a branch office in Gera.

The Gera branch office becomes a GmbH; Christian Hölzlein takes on management responsibilities.

Relocation of the GmbH to Bamberg and succession of Christian Hölzlein following retirement of A. Hölzlein
2019
Today, Hölzlein Ingenieure GmbH is a medium-sized company active throughout Bavaria with 12 qualified employees and an annual turnover of about 1,000,000 euros.
