Tool-based building survey and assessment. The increasing importance of data and the efficient use of data in building operation bring enormous potential for optimization. A standardized tool for recording and assessing systems and building components was developed with a client. The innovation enables owners and operators to improve the data basis in a targeted manner in order to create a sound basis for decision-making with regard to costs incurred, conditions, safety as well as necessary measures.
