On 25.09.2019, the press conference took place on the occasion of the award ceremony for the MORITZHAUS in Dresden, together with the KIB and DGNB. With the award, the building is certified especially with respect to environmental performance, economy and user comfort.
The certification of MORITZHAUS was overseen by Alpha Kozik (DGNB Auditor) under the project leadership, represented by Michael Dax, Partner at Alpha IC. "Especially in the categories" Sustainable Site "," Ecology "and" Interior Quality ", through the use of environmentally friendly materials, the innovative office, commercial and residential buildings were convincing," says Michael Dax.
In addition to the MORITZHAUS, two further projects of the KIB Group have been awarded DGNB certificates: ISABELLAs in the Nordstadtgärten (Platinum) and m.unique in Munich (Gold).
