Sustainable working environments โ ๐ก๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ-๐๐ผ-๐ต๐ฎ๐๐ฒ ๐ผ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ ๐๐๐-๐ต๐ฎ๐๐ฒ?
For us as Alpha IC, sustainability basically means "taking responsibility". We start our consulting projects with this attitude and motivation.
But what about sustainability and new working environments? What are the requirements and what does sustainability mean in terms of the demands on sustainable work concepts?
Our colleague, Daniela Merkenich, sustainability expert and working worlds consultant, outlines in a recent article in the ibaFORUM newsroom the wide variety of measures with impact in relation to "Sustainable Working Worlds", such as:
- ESG and CSR in enterprise-wide office environment concepts
- Change management that enables identification and responsibility for the new office and working together
- Choosing materials and furniture that align with environmental and sustainability labels
- Calculation of life cycle assessment and life cycle costsCertification of interiors and buildings
It is therefore clear that a holistic approach is needed, which should be part of the planning from the beginning and involve the users:inside.
