Alpha IC manages a real estate portfolio with a total of 32 properties throughout Germany. These are exclusively senior citizen properties, which entails increased monitoring of compliance with various inspection obligations. Through regular controlling of the building and structural substance as well as the general management on site, the tenants' obligations under the lease agreement, state building law and relevant standards are checked and, if necessary, enforced.
The controlling is completed by a detailed written and illustrated report, which is made available to the owner. Thus, the owner has a comprehensive insight into the deficits or measures in the respective property.
