As part of our 4th Future Dialogue 2023 in December last year, we chose our trailblazer for 2023. The award is presented for special social commitment by our colleagues. It is intended to show that we are actively committed to our values of partnership, self-determination, sustainability and quality both in our own private actions and in our day-to-day consulting business. The award is a sign of appreciation for the efforts of each individual. Nominations are received from all colleagues throughout the year. We then democratically elect our new trailblazer in the last Future Dialogue each year.
Our award winner for 2023 - thank you, Isabelle, for your special commitment!
We are delighted to have received five nominations from professional and personal backgrounds this year. They ranged from personal commitment to our mental health to the willingness of our ESG and CSR experts to promote the product field and the importance of sustainability for our industry.
According to the majority vote, one colleague stood out in her personal and professional life. Isabelle is not only involved in the Alpha IC team as a buddy to make it easier for new colleagues to get started in the green building product field, but also always has an open ear for everyone. She has also been a group leader for the Scouts in her private life for many years and helped organize a mammoth project last year with the World Scout Jamboree. She was in charge of a unit of the German contingent and worked to raise awareness of sustainability among the young people as part of the organization. The crowning glory of the two-year planning phase was the 3.5-week trip to South Korea, for which Isabelle took time off work. We at Alpha IC had the great pleasure of supporting this project in 2022 as part of our annual donation. We would like to thank Isabelle for her personal commitment and are delighted that she is so committed to sustainability not only in our field of activity, but also in her private life.
What is the World Scout Jamboree?
The Jamboree is a huge peace project in the form of a camp that takes place every four years and in which young people between the ages of 14 and 18 have the opportunity to take part. Around 43,000 young scouts from over 158 countries take part in this event in South Korea. In addition to fun and adventure, the aim is to get to know new cultures and promote international exchange.

other people and companies within the real estate industry to act in a more
sustainable and value-oriented way and to accompany them on their way to this
transformation by presenting our "Wegbereiter" award. The
"Wegbereiter" award is a "stone in the board" trophy made
especially for us, which is intended to show that the award-winning employees
are a good friend to you. Suggestions and the choice of the award, which is
endowed with 1,000 euros, are made by the entire team.
