Building ecology

A healthy and environmentally sound air quality should be an absolute must after the completion of your building. Through our on-site consulting we support you in the selection of building materials from an environmental viewpoint, conduct the local random check for compliance and conduct life-cycle assessments. If required, the documentation can be guided by pollutant measurements.
Life cycle cost analysis / LIFE CYCLE COSTING - LCC

We estimate the cost of your property over its entire life cycle. We look at different variants. The bottom line is that we find the holistically most economical solution for the entire life of your building.
