BNB logical application with possibility for certification

Since a "sensible application" of the system rather than certification is required, a cross-project "sustainability catalog" was developed. This enables simplification of verification compared to a conventional certification. This catalog is based on the system contents BNB_LN and BNB_BN of the Sustainable Building Assessment System (BNB).

  • Sustainability advice with project-accompanying quality management
  • BNB consulting with certification option
  • Sustainability Catalog, dossier
  • Option LCC, LCA
  • Ecological building advice
  • User manual

The project-relevant sustainability targets were expressed through quantifiable measures as well as documentation requirements (obligations). The results of the implementation are to be published after completion of the project in the form of a meaningful results report ("Sustainability Brochure").
