Practical webinar on planning, searching, selecting and implementing a CAFM system

The Facility Manager formulates the following goal for participation in the online course CAFM system - planning, search, selection and introduction: "You have the necessary know-how for decision-making in the context of the introduction or change of a CAFM system." The course will take place online in three modules on November 17 and 24 and December 1 on Thursdays from 10:30 am to 2:00 pm. The second module with the topic "Selecting CAFM software" will be presented by our two partners and consulting colleagues Marko Opić and Sebastian Hein:

Marko is our leading contact for digitalization topics. He can look back on many years of expertise as a consultant for CAFM, BIM and other software topics, is involved in the gefma's digitalization working group, works as a book author and has long been a leading contributor to the CAFM market overview GEFMA 940, which he publishes together with the trade magazine Der Facility Manager. As a senior project manager and partner in our Alpha IC team, Sebastian is responsible for the digitalization consulting of business processes in real estate management in existing and new construction projects in addition to the project management of complex mandates.

And that is her plan for Module II as part of the CAFM online course on November 24:

"FM processes are closely interwoven into all areas of a company. The introduction of CAFM therefore presents those responsible with the particular challenge of digitizing these processes during ongoing operations, taking into account and expanding the existing IT landscape and providing the necessary data. At the same time, employees need to be motivated and management needs to be convinced. We would like to present tools and show ways to make such a project a success. In doing so, we benefit from our extensive practical experience and the holistic and interdisciplinary approach at Alpha IC."

It starts on 17 November with Module I on "CAFM AS A TOOL FOR FACILITY MANAGEMENT", which will be presented by Maik Schlundt, a long-standing member of the gefma working group on digitalization. Dr. Christof Duvenbeck, RIB IMS, will conclude the event on December 1 with his module "Data in CAFM". Further information and registration for this high-caliber course here!
