On June 28, 2024, it was once again time for us to "Work together on the future of Alpha IC" and, of course, celebrate together. Colleagues from our Bamberg, Nuremberg, Munich, Mannheim and Cologne locations as well as colleagues from Alpha IC Schweiz AG and Serthoro GmbH came together in a wonderful location in Munich's English Garden.

The aim of our future dialogs, which take place four times a year, is to work together on future topics, exchange ideas and get to know new colleagues. This time, the Future Dialogue was organized and designed with/by the Munich colleagues at their own request.

In addition to updates from Serthoro GmbH and Alpha IC Schweiz AG, the focus was on the question of where our organization and corporate culture come from and how we want to lead it into the future. Our CEO and founder Sebastian Hölzlein used the museum question from the book "The Big Five for Life" to illustrate what triggered the transformation of Alpha IC into an agile organization in 2018: It's about the meaning of life and the question "What would the museum of your life look like if every day of your life was on display there?"

This question prompted us to turn our organization upside down and transform it into an agile company with coaching instead of technical leadership. As you can read in our blog post on choosing a partner, personal responsibility and self-determination play a key role in our corporate culture. For this reason, we used the Walt Disney method to explore the question of what Alpha IC could look like in 5 years' time - economically, organizationally, socially and on a topic of our choice. We are now preparing the results of these workshops and checking their feasibility.

After the lunch break, we went to the English Garden in perfect weather. Our Munich colleagues organized a rally where the newly mixed teams were able to get to know each other better in a relaxed setting and work together in a fun way. We all had a lot of fun and ended the evening with a cozy BBQ, delicious food and music.

Many thanks to everyone for this great day.
