On December 13, all colleagues from our Bamberg, Nuremberg, Munich, Mannheim and Cologne offices as well as colleagues from Alpha IC Schweiz AG and Serthoro GmbH met virtually to look back on the past year together and talk about topics that affect them personally.  

The year was particularly challenging for us due to the difficult market situation, but we are proud of the entire team for the cohesion, commitment and positive energy that could be felt in the community. Despite difficult times, it is important to strengthen the WE, to support each other as a team and to keep up the fun at work. Because WE are the trailblazers for a future worth living!

“At the end of the day, it's about us humans and the fact that we can rely on each other! We are looking positively into the future!” - said Richard Weller, Managing Director of Alpha IC GmbH at the fourth and final Future Dialogue of 2024.    


Every year, the fourth Dialogue on the Future also includes the presentation of the “Wegbereiter:innen” award. 

The “Wegbereiter:in” award is a “Stein im Brett” trophy made especially for us, which is intended to show that the award-winning employees are a friend and role model. The entire team nominates and votes for the award, which is endowed with 1,000 euros. 

This year, the award went (with a clear result) to the invisible backbone of our company - the Central Services team. Without the work of our colleagues in “Administration” (which we call Central Services), many processes that are essential to the success of Alpha IC GmbH and take place in the background (e.g. travel bookings, accounting, HR administration) would not be possible. 

That's why the Central Services were recognized as winners of the 2024 Award for their exceptional commitment and dedication by the entire team. Thank you for your great work! 

Also on the agenda was the selection of this year's donation projects. Ten different organizations from the region were nominated in advance by our employees. After a joint vote Alpha IC GmbH will donate part of its profits to the Kinderschutzbund in Erlangen, Contact - the cultural project in Bamberg and the Natureheart Foundation. We at Alpha IC are very proud of the social commitment of our colleagues and are happy to support these organizations with a donation! 


We would like to thank all employees of Alpha IC, Alpha IC Switzerland and Serthoro for their active participation in our fourth Future Dialogue and their energetic commitment over the past year.
