New working environments at our client TenneT.... 

In a trusting and long-term consulting process, we supported our client TenneT, one of Europe's leading transmission system operators, in the further development of its workplace concept and its introduction. 

This consulting service was supplemented by the user-oriented new design and redesign of modern working environments at TenneT's Bayreuth site with around 2,400 employees. In user workshops, the needs and ideas of all affected departments were recorded and incorporated into the conceptual design.

At TenneT, the “New Work” concept is based on the basic idea of activity-based working, according to which there is a suitable working environment for different activities. With this in mind, areas were redesigned based on the users and color-coded according to their use. 

The team and project areas, the loungy retreat areas, the numerous plants and moss walls and, as a particularly popular highlight, an indoor swing have been particularly well received. In this project, the Alpha IC consulting team was supported in planning and drawing by our cooperation partner Zweiheit Innenarchitekten from Koblenz.

Throughout the entire process, there was an intensive exchange with all relevant stakeholders as part of comprehensive change and communication management in all phases. This resulted in a high level of acceptance and satisfaction among all relevant stakeholders and users. 

We are delighted that the employees have responded so positively to the redesigned working environments and that we were also able to successfully shape this project together as part of our long-standing, trusting collaboration with TenneT.
