The "Der Angerhof" building in Munich's old town was constructed between 2005 and 2010 and offers space for residential and commercial space as well as hotels and restaurants. The complex also has an underground parking garage. Alpha IC provided facility management services for this project.
The aim was to integrate FM planners at an early stage during construction, to create an exclusive management and service concept, to award the operational building management contract in line with market conditions and to mediate between the owner and the general tenant.
