The Medienbrücke is located in Munich's Werksviertel district. The high-rise building was completed in 2012 and can be used for living and working.
Alpha IC provided facility management services for this project. The aim was to achieve office overheads in line with the competition by awarding the FM contract, good purchasing conditions through the portfolio award, timely integration of the FM service provider before commissioning and a smooth and rapid tendering and award process.
