"Bürohaus an der Alten Oper" in Frankfurt

The office building at the Alte Oper is located in Frankfurt's financial district, overlooking the Alte Oper, Frankfurt's most famous cultural landmark. Alpha IC has overseen and successfully implemented the LEED certification according to LEED v3 Operations & Maintenance for the office building at the "Alte Oper" in Frankfurt am Main. Previously, a combined LEED pre-assessment for v3 and v4 had already been conducted. Due to the very good cooperation, the project was completed with an excellent result and the Gold award.
