Burstah Offices Hamburg

Burstah OFFICES in Hamburg's city center offers flexible office space for companies in sizes ranging from around 370m² to 800m² with high-quality fittings and underground parking. The construction project for the office complex was overseen by Frankonia Eurobau Projektentwicklungs GmbH, which commissioned Alpha IC to provide services in the areas of green building, commissioning management and simulation. Alpha created a well-founded decision-making basis for the selection of the certification system (DGNB/LEED) for the building, integrated the requirements for construction specifications in good time and always pursued a consistent sustainability strategy in the project. Alpha also supported the objectives of the construction project by providing ecological building advice. Finally, Alpha IC helped with the tendering of facility management services for the building. 

The building was awarded LEED 2009 Core and Shell Gold building certification.
