Puma SE (proper spelling: PUMA) is a German manufacturer of sporting goods, including footwear, textiles and accessories, based in Herzogenaurach in central Franconia. 

After the EU Energy Efficiency Directive 2012/27/EU came into force, the legal framework for carrying out energy audits for the EU-wide PUMA Groups was first examined by Alpha IC as part of a status check and then carried out. 

A re-audit of the company's buildings was carried out in the third and fourth quarters of 2023.
