We are going to Mannheim! Not Frankfurt a. M. or Stuttgart: the new Alpha IC office will open on March 1, 2022 in the square and university city of Mannheim to better serve the south-western German states. The Mannheim team will bring Alpha IC's sustainability-focused consulting portfolio to the region in the future.
"Mannheim and the region offer affordable housing and a great quality of life for qualified employees, and we are still close to the hot spots of the real estate industry. In addition, as an agile company, we are keen on Mannheim's ability to change as an industrial and cultural city," says Managing Director Richard Weller, summarizing the reasons for the decision. Together with the contact person for the new location, Sebastian Hein, he selected the office premises in the heart of Mannheim. They are located in the "Planken" pedestrian zone in the immediate vicinity of a bikesharing station, the trams, the railway station and public parking facilities. "The fact that the building is DGNB Gold certified fits very well with our understanding of values," says partner and digitization expert Sebastian Hein.
Our company has been growing steadily for years, and we currently have around 70 colleagues working in nine service areas at our locations in Bamberg, Nuremberg, Munich, Cologne, Zurich and now Mannheim. Sebastian Hölzlein, managing partner of Alpha IC GmbH, emphasizes that it's not about growth for growth's sake: "We create sustainable added value for our customers, and that comes across. Mannheim is the ideal complement for our service strategy of quality and proximity."
