The LivingTown AG company built 64 serviced flats in the "Baslerpark" office building with a flair for unusual designs for business-oriented bon vivants and digital nomads. On an area of 3,272 m², residents are offered a modern living experience of the highest quality, with a cosy community zone, spacious terraces and a professional kitchen. In addition, tenants will receive basic facility services for their appartments. Other services, such as the use of the laundry rooms, storages and the in-house concierge service, are included in the offer.

Alpha IC Schweiz AG guided the design and realisation with regard to the future operational suitability of LivingTown and optimised it from an operational point of view. Furthermore, all operating costs were calculated and an operating concept was developed. Alpha IC designed the internal operational organisation and guided the acceptance tests as well as the opening of LivingTown in January 2022. Particularly challenging were, among other things, the planning and equipping of the work areas, negotiations and awarding of contracts to third-party service providers, the recruitment and training of cleaning staff as well as the setting up and implementation of the booking software.
