The COVID19 pandemic presented companies with challenges that were considered impossible until it occurred. The “#lernenausderkrise” initiative has collected and analysed experiences in dealing with the corona crisis that companies had during this time to guide us in the future. A professional 360 ° view of all parts of companies is combined with the organizational changes examined in cooperation with the WU Executive Academy.
Technical experts from individual areas (such as production, digitization, HR, IT, management, finance, communication, R&D, purchasing, marketing, sales, etc., and also “real estate management”) hold discussions with a wide variety of companies and organizations. In this first phase, various topics related to the corona crisis are highlighted.
Gerhard Haumer, managing partner of Alpha & Partner Immobilien Consulting GmbH, is a "technical expert" on the subject of real estate management in the specialist team of the Corona Deep Dive Learning Initiative "#lernenausderkrise" (www.lernenausderkrise.at).
The goal is to learn from today for tomorrow's future.
In the second phase, the findings will be reflected on and questioned in the context of events in 2021 and readjusted if necessary. In addition, a book with the collected findings will be published in February 2021.
