Pecan Development has designed the "Marienturm" and "Marienforum" ensemble of buildings at the so-called "Marieninsel" in Frankfurt. Taking into account the specific situation at Taunusanlage and Mainzer Landstrasse, this outstanding commercial office property is to enhance this public urban space. On the approximately a 6,500 m² site, two structures are planned: the Marienturm with 44,900 m² and the Marienforum with 11,700 m² of rental space.

Alpha IC was commissioned to guide the building LEED certification, with separate certification for the two buildings. A pre-assessment was carried out in August 2015 for both the Marienturm and the Marienforum according to the requirements of LEED. The precertification LEED Platinum was successfully implemented in April 2016.
