Sebastian Hein joins Alpha IC as Senior Project Manager. In addition to the management of complex project mandates, he focuses on digitization consulting for business processes in real estate management in existing and new building projects.

Sebastian Hein started his career as a property manager at Treureal after completing his dual degree in industrial engineering with a specialization in facility management. In the course of his career, he has acquired a wide range of professional skills in the CAFM environment, especially at pit-cup GmbH. pit-cup is a provider of IT and consulting for digitization in the construction and real estate industry. There he managed CAFM projects, took over the overall management for the CAFM project business in 2015 and joined the management board in 2019 as commercial manager.
In addition, the industrial engineer has been a lecturer in Facility Management IT systems at DHBW Stuttgart for many years.
