Real Estate Dialogue MREG Nuremberg for spontaneous participants 

How is the region taking on the task of municipal heat planning? This is one of the questions on the agenda of the Real Estate Dialogue of MREG Nuremberg on 05.12.2023 in Nuremberg VR Bank Metropolregion Nürnberg eG is hosting the 2024 Real Estate Dialogue Nuremberg Metropolitan Region tomorrow, December 5, 2023, at the Tullnau Conference Park in Nuremberg. The Real Estate Dialogue Nuremberg Metropolitan Region traditionally brings together regional and national players in the real estate industry with politicians and the public sector. On the agenda this year: How is the region tackling the task of municipal heat planning, what impact will the new university (UTN) have on the entire region and how is the region positioned in terms of senior living? Will it be possible to meet the requirements of the new mobility and how can already planned projects be implemented and adapted to the current market situation? Oliver Jainta, Managing Director of Build.ing Consultants + Innovators GmbH, and our Managing Director Richard Weller will speak on the topic "The real estate industry as part of the Climate Pact 2030 plus: The Nuremberg metropolitan region creates the energy transition".
