The property is depicted in a 3D model with intrinsic and external shading, exposed to realistic weather conditions and user behavior. This is the basis for reliable prediction of room temperatures, energy consump-tion and services. Investment and operating costs can be reduced by up to 20%. The result: a sound deci-sion-making basis for selecting the most efficient heating and cooling system, the most cost-effective ven-tilation concept and the most suitable façade.
