The COLOURS quarter in Heidelberg consists of an office and commercial building ("Building 1 and 2") and three residential buildings with a total of 36 apartments (not included in the scope of the analysis). The buildings date from 2018 and were acquired by the Software AG Foundation after completion. The buildings meet the KfW Efficiency House 55 energy standard in accordance with EnEV 2014 (as at 2014). The residential buildings were built to the passive house standard in accordance with the specifications of the city of Heidelberg.
The energy audit was carried out in close cooperation with GLS Bank and the market and mortgage lending value appraisal and n-value appraisal carried out by GLS Bank.
