FERATTI OFFICES in Berlin is an office building that offers various usage options for customers. For this project, Alpha IC was commissioned by CBRE Global Investors Germany GmbH to provide commissioning management and energy optimization services. Alpha IC's task was to assess the operating status of the ventilation systems on the basis of an inspection and review of the building documentation. During the inspection, Alpha IC worked with a specialist planner to gain an overview of the system and analyze options for optimizing the building's air conditioning based on the current media structure. Subsequently, Alpha IC drew up a list of measures to ensure that the system was in perfect condition. The elaboration does not include a monetary evaluation of the measures. This recommendation can be understood as a specification sheet on the basis of which adaptation measures can be implemented by the specialist planning department when planning a conversion.
