The 'HOFMARK am Olympiapark' project is being developed on a former industrial site in the immediate vicinity of the BMW headquarters and not far from the Olympiapark. The approx. 2.8 hectare development comprises a mix of private market financed and subsidized residential buildings, office buildings and a daycare center. A total of five dividable parcels are created which are built on independently. A public green area connects the areas between the buildings.

The client's goal is to upgrade the district with high building design quality and to present the buildings in an attractive and open manner to the public. Part of this concept is also to certify the buildings and their outdoor facilities according to the internationally known LEED standard.
- Supporting the LEED certification for all commercial buildings using cross-construction campus credits.
- Building physics advice (basic services HOAI + special services) for all buildings.
- Concept and advice on inviting tenders and awarding FM services.
- Advising the client in interface disciplines relating to building physics (e.g. reduction of cooling loads through simulation considerations).
