Aligned to the strategic development of Alpha IC, ifes GmbH in North Rhine-Westphalia is the perfect match for the planned expansion. ifes (Institute for Applied Energy Simulation and Facility Management) was previously a TÜV Rheinland Group company and has a range of services comparable with the Alpha IC. Its field of activity encompasses a broad portfolio from FM and green building advice, holistic energy and climate concepts to support of digitalization. The ideal addition to the Alpha IC.
Especially in cities such as Cologne, Bonn, Düsseldorf, Wuppertal or Münster, the Bamberg office serves numerous large-scale projects with a variety of needs. In addition, the demand for such consultancy services is increasing in this region. Cologne was therefore identified as the ideal location, not least to minimize the carbon footprint of business trips.
Through the merger of the two companies, the market is now served with consolidated expertise in sustainable building operations.
