New work also works in old space 

With the redesign of one of its six locations, Alpha IC has shown that New Work does not only work in new space. Together with the employees, clever and sustainable solutions were developed for 180 m² of rental space in an old building in Munich. The rooms were designed to be flexible and multifunctional: For example, the copy room was turned into a focus room for small meetings and online meetings and the large meeting room now has a mobile seating area for coffee in between or lunch together. "We are noticing that attendance in the office is increasing again and that joint activities are on the rise. The redesign of our office is a real plus for team building, and without any building work," sums up project manager Andrea Schmidt with satisfaction.
