We have been awarded the kununu Top Company Seal 2022 and thus belong to the approximately 5 percent of the most popular companies on kununu. We are very pleased about this award! The people in our organization are our focus and we work every day to ensure that our colleagues feel comfortable with us, enjoy working for us and can develop personally and professionally. Value-oriented leadership, a transparent and appreciative corporate culture, an agile organization and the opportunity to shape one's work in a self-determined manner are, in our view, the basic prerequisites for this.
According to the basic principle "from the inside out", we at Alpha IC live our values and see ourselves as pioneers for a new understanding of values in the real estate environment. In addition to the ratings on kununu, we also survey the satisfaction of our colleagues internally via the eNPS in order to identify optimization potentials and to help us further develop Alpha IC as an employer. We are grateful for the positive and honest feedback from our colleagues and are honored to have received a kununu score of 4.3 with 100% recommendation.
During our second Future Dialogue 2022, an employee event that takes place quarterly at our company, we presented the Top Company Award to our management team Sebastian Hölzlein and Richard Weller. After a day where we could all see each other in person and spend time together again after such a long time, this was a fitting moment to celebrate this award with all our colleagues from Bamberg, Nuremberg, Munich, Cologne, Mannheim and Zurich.

About the Top Company Seal:
Since 2015, kununu has been
awarding a seal of approval to companies that are rated particularly
well by employees. After the criteria for the award were tightened again
in November 2021, only 5% of the companies qualified for the seal.
According to kununu, of all the employer seals on the market, the Top
Company seal enjoys the highest level of recognition in Germany, Austria
and Switzerland. What makes it special: The award is created on the
basis of ratings on the company profile. The data-based and independent
awarding of the seal ensures an authentic assessment of the company's
presentation.
