Westhafen Tower in Frankfurt

For the Westhafen Tower office and administration building in Frankfurt am Main, the owner was seeking LEED certification according to LEED v3 Operations & Maintenance. The Alpha IC was commissioned in mid-2016 with a combined LEED pre-assessment for LEED v3 and v4, which compared the advantages and disadvantages of LEED certification according to the two LEED versions and included a decision-making basis. Based on the result, the owner opted for a LEED v3 inventory certification. The goal was LEED Gold (> 60 points).

The project was processed in accordance with internal procedures as well as the performance period, which could take place in the specified schedule. In April 2018, LEED Gold was confirmed with 63 points in the Final Review by the GBCI.
